These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by LeadVelocity (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Services

LeadVelocity provides customized digital marketing and business growth services. These may include, but are not limited to:

Meta Ads setup and management
Creation of custom offers and funnels
Unlimited ad creatives (images, videos, UGC)
CRM buildout and automations (email and SMS follow-up)
Landing page design and integrations
Appointment setter recruitment and training
Sales system development and tracking
Monthly ad audits and optimizations
Real-time client support via private Slack channel

Exact deliverables and timelines will be defined in a separate written agreement or scope of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

To perform services effectively, clients must provide:

Access to their Meta ad account
GHL (GoHighLevel) CRM access
Business details, brand assets, and required credentials

Failure to provide necessary access may delay services and impact results.

3. Fees & Payment

Payment structures vary based on agreed terms and may include:

Monthly retainers
Performance-based pricing
One-time or project-based fees

All fees are outlined in your agreement or invoice. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Termination

Clients may cancel services per their agreement terms. If no term is specified, written notice is required.

We reserve the right to terminate services due to:

Nonpayment
Breach of agreement
Abusive or inappropriate conduct

All completed work will still be billed.

5. No Guarantees

LeadVelocity does not guarantee specific results, including leads, sales, or return on ad spend. Results depend on multiple external factors outside our control.

6. Data & Confidentiality

Client data is stored securely and used solely for service delivery.

We may use anonymized performance data for internal analysis or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Marketing Use

You grant LeadVelocity permission to use non-confidential results (e.g., ad creatives, performance metrics) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Legal Compliance

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of claims, offers, and marketing content they provide. LeadVelocity is not liable for client-provided materials.

9. Intellectual Property

All deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment unless otherwise stated in writing. LeadVelocity retains the right to reuse general frameworks, systems, and strategies.

10. Limitation of Liability

LeadVelocity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to us within the three (3) months prior to any claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

12. SMS Communications & Program Terms

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website or through our services, you consent to receive SMS (text messages) from LeadVelocity.
